Ladies, we were always fascinated with the idea of becoming Cinderella – suffering through unique circumstances, being helped by a fairy godmother, meeting a prince, marrying that prince and living happily ever after.
Why do we almost always instantaneously love to be in the shoes of Cinderella? It is because we fancy the idea of being in the dirt once and rising to become somebody in the society. In short, we love rags-to-riches stories.
How we wish there is a special event, a magical moment, or a miracle that will come to our way and change our life. Isn’t it nice to find a man who can make your life better for you and for your future family?
Waiting for that special person may seem to be worth it, right? But if there is no such man, will you waste your life waiting?
For all the women out there, hear us out. You do not need a man who can sweep you out of the streets (literally and figuratively), take you in and make you his wife. It can be counted as kidnapping, you know. You do not need a man to change your fate. All you need is yourself.
Women in our present time are lucky enough to be given value by the community after the sufferings of countless women in the past. Today, we encourage women empowerment for these special and beloved people in our society.
Why do we give power to our women? Are we not just satisfied as white males lead the country and the society? No. We believe that no one is created equal. International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) gave us three good reasons:

Even up until the present times, women are given a lower regard than men. The salary gap of female employees is evident in comparison to their male counterpart.
According to Wikipedia, the “gender pay gap” here in the United States exists because it has been noted that the yearly average of a female employer is only 78% to 82% of the average pay a man receives. And yes, even though they have the same job.
It is evident that even one’s skin color matters if you want a higher chance of being employed. If there are two women (one white and one black) applying for a job with the same position in the same company, chances are that the woman of color will get rejected.
Why should this privilege exist in the first place? We believe that women should have an equal opportunity with men because like men, they too have families to take care of and mouths to feed.
And have you ever noticed that there had been no female presidents in the history of the United States of America? If you research on the archives or in the internet about the history of women running for the highest position in the land, you will be shocked to know the facts.
Why are we still so far behind the countries Germany, Pakistan, and a bunch of other countries with regards to having a leading female representative in politics?
And do not get us started with their lack of representation in business.

If becoming a mother or a housewife is a career and a profession, those who remain to be in the house to care for the family should have the highest pay. It is a tough and demanding job, not to mention their lack of sleep just to provide for the needs of the other busy family members.
Women can lead us to sustainability and green transformation. After all, they take interest and resources in engaging in these progresses. They can start a business to add to the family income. Women think differently like men. Their attention to details is superb and they multitask way better than men. Most of these ladies are empathetic and they understand their fellow women more than any average male. Imagine what will happen to the workforce if these skills are integrated.
If the workplace has an individual who is skilled at eyeing even the smallest of things, the company’s performance and overall appeal will be close to perfect. Multitasking can also give the advantage for a lot of tasks can be accomplished in one sitting. If you have people who understand women’s needs and wants, you will be able to entertain and give service to the female population effectively.
Aside from those facts, women remind us to go back to the ground whenever we are using too much of our planet’s resources. Women are more receptive to the changes of our environment due to their physique. That is why they are able to advise various suggestions to remind us not to be greedy just to achieve progress and development.
